I managed not to cry

A couple of weeks ago, enjoying the pool at Carl and Beboo's for one last time...

My baby's baby-curls...
Good-bye, curls...

yummmmm, candy...

My ear is ticklish...

Daddy, you don't have to squeeze my head!

Big boys with big boy haircuts...

Thank you Miss Patti!

But I may cry myself to sleep tonight...

But oh he looks SO DARN HANDSOME!!! What a big boy!

I too, mourned the loss of the beloved baby curls. We've always got pictures, right? :)

I have to do the same thing with my boy..the haircut and it breaks my heart!....
So where have you been, I responded my email, did you get it? I was worried about you and yours.
I hope you find in peace in what you are doing...it will all work out. I really hope that this gives you some relief. If you ever have any questions, just let me know.

Oh Man. I don't know if I could handle that either.

You are one tough mamma!

Adorable though.

Oh He is soooo handsome! I'm sure I will cry when the time comes too. We actually just bought his "first" shoes this past weekend and I sobbed like an idiot. It saddened me that they don't do the first little white shoes anymore...we left him barefoot as long as possible, but it was time for him to have shoes and I wasn't ready for the "big boy" tennis shoes that seemed to be the only option for his chubby little foot. DH just couldn't understand what the big deal was...I tried hard to explain that we have a lifetime of velcroe tennis shoes ahead of us and I drew the line at the spiderman ones! hahahaha! So my baby ended up with little Merrils. : ) guess it could be worse! hahaha!
I miss you! Wish you were coming this way sometime soon or that we could meet in the middle. Our boys would have a good time!

DH's job has gone down the tubes and I expect it to come to an end in the next day or so. I'm truly worried about his health and grateful that he will be getting away from this crappy place. Not sure what God has in mind for us next, but hope that it will be a better (more pleasant) step than the last. This has been the pits!

Hope you have gotten some good news in the midst of your storm!
Love ya!
